Storage and Usage Instructions

1. Storage Environment Specifications

The BOPET EVA Thermal Film For Building Paper should be stored in a cool, dry, well-ventilated warehouse to avoid damp, high temperature, and direct sunlight conditions, preventing the EVA adhesive layer from prematurely aging and absorbing moisture and losing adhesion. The rolls should be stored upright and not subjected to heavy pressure stacking to prevent deformation of the film surface and damage to the adhesive layer, ensuring stable adhesion performance of the building materials.

2. Machine-Film Lamination Process Requirements

Before construction, ensure that the decorative paper and substrate surfaces of the panels are free of dust, oil stains, and moisture. Ensure that the base surface for lamination is clean and flat; adjust the heat press temperature and pressure according to the film thickness, and move the film at a uniform speed to avoid excessive heat causing the matte surface layer to become sticky or insufficient heat resulting in voids and bulging.

3. Processing and Bending Precautions
