For ordinary printing surfaces, it is 42-46 dynes, providing smoothness and anti-sticking properties. Complete manufacturing process

1. Precise ratio mixing and compounding process

Our Color Printing BOPET Blue Film selects brand-new food-grade raw PET chips, combines with customized blue primary color masterbatch, and mixes them in a closed mixing equipment in a fixed proportion for thorough integration. The entire process is dust-free controlled to prevent impurities from mixing in and causing printing white spots or color spots.

2. High-temperature co-extrusion one-step molding

The mixed raw materials enter the high-temperature extruder for melting and extrusion, forming a colored film blank in one step. The colors are uniformly integrated within the polyester substrate, different from the later coating coloring process, eliminating the potential risk of printing color fading from the root.

3. Bidirectional stretching and shaping treatment

The melted film blank undergoes synchronous longitudinal and transverse stretching, and is then subjected to high-temperature shaping and locking of dimensions at high temperatures to reduce the thermal shrinkage rate of the film and ensure that it does not contract or wrinkle during high-speed color printing and lamination, and the printing alignment is precise.

4. Differentiated corona surface modification

According to the printing customer's requirements, perform single-sided or double-sided corona discharge treatment, precisely control the dielectric constant values on both sides, enhance the adhesion of the ink on the printing surface, and maintain a low surface energy on the non-printing surface. During the winding and cutting process, the non-adhesion of the rolls and cutting is not affected.

5. Multi-stage precise cutting and rewinding

The wound wide base roll is sent into the numerical control cutting equipment, and is cut according to the specified width of the customer's order. During the rewinding process, the thickness, color difference, and surface defects are monitored in real time, and the defective sections are automatically eliminated.

6. Multi-dimensional factory inspection and packaging

Samples of the finished rolls are inspected for color uniformity, dielectric constant values, tensile strength, and light-blocking effect. After passing the inspection, according to the shipping requirements, choose from simple packaging, cross-strap, vertical strap, suspended strap, and export moisture-proof tray five types of packaging, and attach a complete set of inspection reports and qualification documents for shipment.
